LifeLock and Mindspace entered crisis communications mode a number of times, particularly due to lawsuits filed against the company and negative stories arising from the CEO’s social security number being compromised. In each instance, Mindspace played an integral role in messaging, national coverage, satellite interviews and op-ed pieces.
